Here are some great business plan examples to help you get started making money online. Please Read all of the following and you will be well on your way to creating your very own business.
The true definition of a business is something you can leave for 6 months with confidence that it will be running just as good or better when you return to it. So what are some good business plan examples that will help us create a “TRUE” business. We are not talking about the type of business that requires you to wake up and go to work every day such as the local bar you started up down the road. Businesses like theses are called jobs that you own, or really, jobs that own you. It requires your constant attention and if you were to walk away from it, it would most likely plummet to the ground causing you to lose possibly everything you have worked for. A business should be something that requires you to put the initial time to get it up and running and as it grows it will require less and less of your time. This is a huge mistake people make when going into business. Most people do not know what a real business is because they are blinded by what society tells you.
A good business plan begins with a good idea. Good ideas come from solving the problems of others. We solve problems first by looking for them. You can probably find a whole list of things people are complaining about on your Facebook page if you looked. I am sure you see the constant posts on Facebook from you friends that are constantly saying “I hate” “I can’t stand”. Take advantage of these posts. Create something so help rid them of their problems.
When I create a business plan I start by examining a problem. After I have identified the problem I will solve the problem by creating a product whether it is digital or physical. Next I will promote my product to the world and I will continue to work on one particular business until it is successful. successful meaning profitable, but often I will work on it until it is more than just profitable. I build a community of people with the same issue and I constantly work toward fixing the issues they are having with my product.
For example: If I created the light bulb and some people thought it was too bright, I would make one that wasn’t so bright. If I build an automated software online and people think it is too confusing, I make it simpler.
This is the only business plan example you need. Now if you are going to a bank to get a loan for a business you may need more than this. But in reality it doesn’t mean anything unless you can do those 3 simple things above. A business plan is worthless without an effective solution to a major problem.
Solve the problem and you will have a good business plan. That is really all there is to it. I have been in business for a long time now and I have wasted hours working on creating a business plans. And really they are a waste of time. You can plan out how your going to make money, but this is another waste. Because if you are just focusing on the money then you are not creating any value. Create a valuable product and get it out to the world and the money will follow.
Write down several ways of marketing your product to the world. How are you going to let people know you are of existence? Are you going to create videos? Are you going to contact everyone that has that particular problem? Are you going to advertise?
If you can determine how to solve the problem and how you are going to promote your product you will have several good business plan examples.
